Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the cover is detached from one staple torn around the other one and down the spine the centerfold is torn around both Staples the cover is flaking from age and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fair out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
