Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage insect chew along the spine that has caused 1 inch spine splitting spine roll foxing at the edges of the cover the cover and centerfold both have tearing around the staple and are both barely still attached and other defects. I would call it around a 3.0 gd/vg out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
