An early album quilt with a scarce to find pattern in red and green! c 1850s Measures 88 x 86 inches The finest hand quilting at 12-14 stitches per inch with cable and 1/2" grids. The work is amazing! The applique is hand sewn. The edges are turned and hand sewn. In crisp, never used or washed condition.....collector's choice! Some age/other spotting tanning.
