Then molds are made from this master etching. A cultured marble slurry is thenartfully poured into the molds. After allowing the cultured marble to cure, the entire piece is painted with a permanent ink and then wiped with a solvent towel. The ink is removed from all of the surface except the tiny etchings, bringing the artwork back to life once again. This special process gives the artwork an added depth while maintaining all of the original detail. Because of the unique manufacturing process no two stones are exactly alike.The color and texture of the marble may vary slightly from stone to stone.
