This is a 1960s vintage plastic toy made in France by Minialuxe. It is made in 1/43 scale.

This toy is all original, appears complete (not sure about left headlight, I\'ve seen examples exactly similar to this) and in excellent condition. 

I combine shipping for multiple item winners.
