The cracked panel is hard to see whether the lamp is lit or not. It most certainly is there but it is not 'distracting' and is a side panel. (but flawed nonetheless) Look at the last 2 photographs. Secondly the lamp base will have to accept that threaded rod attachment. They do make different size harps that are meant to do so but you'll have to look into that. It is 16"x10"s and to the top of the finial stands 9"s tall. The larger glass panels themselves are 6"s tall. It is pretty.
