This is a vintage melody in motion clown clock. Featuring whistling willie. Holding a bottle of booze and hugging a light post. He whistles and moves his head back and forward. The clock also works. The battery holder for the figurine part has a broken metal piece but I was able to put a piece of metal to hold the battery in and it worked i think I have heard tin foil works too but I will include the metal piece that I used to hold the battery in and it made it so the clown whistled and moved his head. There appears to be three settings, off the whistling and head moving but I am not sure when the little switch is in the middle what happens.
