DVD discs are all in NEW or LIKE NEW condition. However, cases may contain wear or minor damage. Most DVDs will be shipped in a padded envelope. I have had no issues to date with this shipping method, however I can not guarantee the DVD cases when shipping.

While I list most items with \'Best Offer\', some newly listed items I let run for awhile before accepting offers. If I decline a best offer without countering, it is just that I believe we are too far apart on pricing to be able to come to an agreement.

I do my best to note all damage or missing pieces, however, due to time and volume I may miss something. Please let me know if there is an issue to allow me the opportunity to fix the problem prior to leaving response

Payment is due within 2 days after sale close. An \'Unpaid Item\' case is automatically opened after 3 days. If you need more time to pay, just let me know. I am more than happy to accomodate if you communicate.

I make every attempt to ship all packages the following business day, often the same day, after payment is received. Currently, most of the packages ship via USPS and insurance may be included in the shipping charge.

I can not be held accountable for delayed shipments once the carrier has the package. A \"Lost Package\" claim may be filed 2 weeks after the original expected delivery date per the USPS. Once filed and approved by the USPS, I will be able to issue a refund.

International Shipping: I use only s Global Shipping Program to ship internationally due to many problems shipping on my own. I have no control over their charges and, as far as I know, they do not offer combined shipping at this time. I may be able to group items into one sale to help offset some of their charges, but will require immediate payment and is at my discretion. Thank you.

I offer free returns if the item is damaged or grossly misrepresented in the description and/or photos. The item must be returned for inspection prior to issuing a refund. While I understand this can be an inconvenience and frustrating, this is an policy as well as my own.
