Used item in good condition. I tested it using batteries, and the music and animation functioned properly. My only concern would be the durability of the cord that spins the wheel as this item was manufactured in 1998. It works now. I can provide a video link upon request. Adapter is not included, but it uses a universal adapter that could be purchased. Original box is included. Thanks for viewing.
