Exceptional African Elephant sculpture by Gideon Umera one of Zimbabwe’s top wildlife sculptors. He is recognized as a World Class Elephant Sculptor. The piece offered here is of magnificent size and visual presence carved from a single piece of vibrant Verdite weighing in at more than 200 pounds. Looking closely, you will see it is composed of a baby and Mother elephants.
The overall dimensions are estimated to be 21 inches high by 14 inches long and 11 inches wide. And the piece is believed to weigh more than 200 pounds. The sculpture is for local pickup only and help would be needed to carry sculpture. The piece is carved from a high quality verdite stone from Zimbabwe and is mostly of a green and some tan color with highlights of a lovely deep green. The sculpture was purchased by the seller inZimbabwe.
