Heavy scuffing along edges, corners, spine shoulders, and cover. Leather has areas of rubbing. Some pages have spots. A few pages are dog-eared. Front blank has creases, one of the folds is split. Separation is starting on the front spine shoulder. Head and tail of the spine are scuffed & chipped. No noticeable marks with a quick flip thru the text. Corners and edges are rubbed. Spotting on the edge of the leaf. The envelope like food has a place where a strap was and that is missing.
