-The Blade Of The Sword Has Been Hand Forged Using The Ancient Method Of Sword Making . Full Hand Forged And Full Hand Polished.

-The Blade Was Made Of L6 Steel, And It Has Been Laminated In A Maru Configuration(Single Type Mono Steel). Differential Hardened And Clay Tempered, Water Quenched，Real Hitatsu Hamon（皆烧）.The L6 Steel Is Very Solid And Holds An Edge Well. This Blade Was Then Clay Tempered And Has More Than 15 Process Hand Sharpening Work. Which Made The Surface Of The Blade Like A Mirror.Razor sharp can be used for real cutting swords, Tameshigiri，easily meeting actual combat requirements.

-This kind of clay tempering hitatsu Hamon is very difficult to make. Even if a master with many years of experience makes it, the success rate is still less than 30%. The entire blade presents a Hamon similar to tiger stripes, which is very special and has a high artistic appreciation value. It broke the boundaries of the hamon pattern, and large areas of flying burn appeared on the ground and pickaxe ground, and the first appeared in Xiangzhou during the Northern and Southern Dynasties.

-This Blade Comes With A Full Length Tang Which Greatly Enhances The Strength Of The Sword. The Back Of The Blade Is A Shaped SHINOGI-ZUKURI, and with Diamond-Shaped standard-Point (Chu-Kissaki), it was well defined with the Hamon going all the way through the Boshi.

FITTINGS:

-Koshirae: The Tsuba (guard) /Fuchi (sleeve) /Kashira (buttcap) are made of high quality steel, the leaves are exquisitely carved with high hardness. The brass Habaki is handmade and polished,Two brass Seppas (Spacer) Secure The Tsuba.

-Tsuka: The Tsuka (handle) core is wooden and it is tightly wrapped over genuine Ray skin (Samegawa) with black silk Ito.The full Tang of the sword is secured by two Mekugi (peg) . you can unassembled the blade from the handle by taking out 2 pegs. Two brass Menukis (ornament) are on each side of the Tsuka.

-Saya: The Saya (Sheath) Made Of hard wooden with real black horn fixed， lacquer work finished. A High Quality Silk Sage-O Has Been Tied Around The Kurigata (Knob) Of The Sheath.
