No dates on buckles, but made in the GWOT 2000's.

Im including custom made Ranger green elastic webbing holders as seen in the images on the shoulder and waist straps. I had to add the Multicam back strap, as the original RG back strap was missing. The buckles type match the buckles on the MPCR, (ITW NEXUS)
