If graded, I\'d say this book is a 2.0/2.5 or slightly better. Front cover has spine ticks, stress marks (creasing/wear on spine), blunted corners, tear in cover near top staple, a large 4 inch spine split (top), smaller 1.25 inch spine split near bottom staple, color fade, scuffing, light staining, someone drew lines over characters in pencil, discoloration on staples, wear around edges, and areas of creasing and folding. Back cover has discoloration/foxing, some scuffing, light staining, wear around edges, areas of creasing and folding + 3 tears around edges - left hand side has a 1/2 inch tear, 1/4 inch tear and a 1/8 inch tear near bottom edge. Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having perforation tears, discoloration/foxing, some scuffing, one page has a 1 x 4 inch water stain on top edge of page, some other small stains, some pages have small tears (nothing larger than 1/4 inch)/corner folds and a couple of pages have scribbling in pencil.
