This exquisite antique copper cooking pan is a must-have for any collector. Most likely French and most likely a hotel kitchen. Item. Inner steam liner is marked STB, perhaps indicator of hotel name? No other maker marks. Research indicates average price tag of $1800 WITHOUT steam liner which I have not yet found another example.

The pan measures an impressive 23 inches by 18 inches by 5 inches. Item is a FUNCTIONAL BAKING ROASTING PAN WITH REMOVABLE SOLID COPPER STEAM TRAY
