Les Hunter Designs of Manhattan Beach CaliforniaVintage 1970\'s Mid Century Modern Art pieceJapanese Maple Leaf Seashell embedded in Acrylic / Lucite rectangular sculpture.
On some tiny areas of the shell there appears to be traces of silver paint. At first I thought that it was air bubbles that were trapped in the Lucite, but it looks like paint instead. It doesnt affect the overall aesthetics, I simply wanted to declare it.
Very pretty and understated,
Clean and clear with a black base.
