Damage is defined as broken items that are non-working (animation, lighting, & sound) and breakage that cannot be easily re-glued. Sometimes during the shipping process pieces may become unglued and can be re-glued. This is not damage.

All items are shipped insured, and when appropriate, claims will be filed with the freight carrier.
