Great Antique Gaillard of Paris Saute Pan. Heavy 2.86mm Hammered copper Saute pan with a cast iron handle and very good tin lining. There is no copper showing. This pan is very heavy weighing over 16 pounds, it\'s a wonderful looking pan with copper/tin and cast iron handle. The pan is stamped Jules Gaillard Paris 88 FaubStDenis . This pan was just shipped to me from Paris. This pan is in great condition, for the it\'s age. See pictures for condition. Measures approximately 30\" long end of handle to far edge of pan. Edge to edge (diameter) 14.5\" wide 3.875\" deep. This pan was made by the old way of construction - Dovetail or Houndstooth, this style of construction ceased by the end of the Edwardian era (appox.1910 so the pan is more than 100 years old)This is an awesome copper saute pan for any collector or cook.
