2.Ceramic Benchstone Themedium (800) grit ceramic element should be used in a benchstone type fashion,or like a butcher steel. 3.Sharpening Serrations Sharpenone serration at a time by pulling the ceramic element against the grooved sideof the serration. For larger serrations: use a rolling motion to sweep thecorner of the sharpener from one side of the serration to the other. Repeatuntil serration is sharp then move to the next serration.
