A matching pair of vintage L&F Moreau “Collection Francaise” figural lamps, circa 1948-1968. The molds for the original lamps were created by two French brothers who went under the name L&F Moreau and hid their designs during WWII, for fear they would be seized by invading Nazis; these molds were forgotten until their discovery in 1948. J.B. Hirsch’s lighting company recreated their beautiful Art Nouveau designs for his Francaise Collection, which is made in the USA. They are molded with the artists’ signature and mark on the base and side, and the lampsquote for shipping the price you are seeing is for one lampPacked individually separately so your shipping will be double.
