Rare Kuo Horng 3” mini desk fan.
Unit is functional but the thumb wheel switch is a little temperamental. It needs to be in a specific position to power on. Once on, the fan will stay on until you shut it off.
There are a couple of small welds that have given up on the fan cage but do not affect the function of the fan. They’ve been pointed out in the images.
Fan runs very quiet for its size.
