Krazy Kat #1 FN+ 6.5 1973
Grade FN+ 6.5 Year 1973 Publisher Street Enterprises

This is a mid grade item. It will have enough minor defects that it is in clearly worse condition than a brand new freshly published comic, magazine, or book. Allowed defects for this grade include: a spine split of less than half an inch, minor water spotting or other residue, impacted corners, and an accumulation or spine stresses that may break color. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor defects or one or two moderate defects.

Description

Story, art and cover by George Herriman. Street Enterprises reprints George Herriman's surreal and beloved comic strip from the early 20th century, which influenced many later generations of cartoonists. Collects the Sunday strips from July 3 through October 28, 1935. Krazy Kat adores Ignatz Mouse, taking his hurled bricks as signs of reciprocated love. Trying to restore order, Officer Pupp only manages to become the third corner in their eternal triangle. 7.75" x 10.25", 32 pages, B&W.
