Description

Cover by Steve Ditko. Stories and art by Steve Ditko and Joe Gill. The monster-sized ape from the 1961 B-movie becomes the star of this popular Charlton monster comic that frequently featured work by future Spider-Man co-creator Steve Ditko. Scientists discover the frozen form of Konga at the South Pole. They believe he\'s dead, until an earthquake sends him to the land beneath the surface of Antarctica, which is of course tropical, and filled with dinosaurs. Plus a look at Stone Age humanity by Ditko. Some great full-page monster and dinosaur scenes by pre-Spidey Ditko.
