DESCRIPTION: Vintage Kirk Stieff 250 pewter mug/cup with United States Congressional Seal. These cups were gifted to members of congress in the 1980/1990\'s era. Cup measures 2 1/2\" high and 3\" in diameter and weighs 4.7 ounces. Signed/stamped with the Stieff logo. Note: the dark area around the seal in photo #1 is a shadow and not damage. Scratches are magnified and appear much worse in the picture than in reality. Display piece only and much nicer than photos depict.
