The United States Army Iraqi Freedom commemorative fighting utility knife was designed to commemorate the fall of Saddam Hussein’s dictatorship over the oppressed people of Iraq, and to honor those soldiers who served there.Knife has a highly decorated blade depicting all branches of the armed services who served to insure freedom and democracy in that troubled region.The quality materials used and their classic construction-stacked leather handle, double guards, and pinned on butt caps-are what made these the best all-purpose knives manufactured today.The epoxy powder coated, high carbon Cro-Van steel (1095) full tang blade has a [HRC 56-58] hardness rating.The full 7\" blade is sharpened to 20 / 20 degrees with buff polished edges for better edge retention.This knife was made exclusively in Olean, New York, U.S.A. and proudly bears the KA-BAR brand name.The knife comes with a high quality leather belt loop sheath embossed with the U.S. Army logo and the KA-BAR brand.
