Comic has been graded by CGC and determined to be a 9.0 or VF/NMThis is a CGC graded copy of The Amazing Spider-Man #62 from 1968 that has been determined
to be in Very Fine/Near Mint condition at a 9.0. The good news is that\'s a great grade for a comic
of this age. The bad news is that it\'s graded so you\'ll never know why Medusa of the Inhumans
decided to choke Spider-Man out unless you crack it open and thus ruin the grade. However, I am
here to help. Medusa, it turns out, has been offered the big dollars to pitch hairspray. Spidey
doesn\'t really care as he\'s trying to patch things up with Gwen (to no avail). Medusa has very
limited experience with advertising and becomes frustrated, going on a rampage. The hairspray
guy decides the only way to salvage this disaster of a campaign is to trick her into battling Spidey
and film it, thus showing how her hair holds up under stress. This is the Marvel Universe so
naturally this works great until the truth comes out. Then Medusa decides to leave and Spidey
shuts the campaign down by telling the press Medusa went berserk. See? Aren\'t you glad
you decided not to open it? Makes a very fine collectable and a pretty amazing issue to
showcase in your collection.
This has been packed away in a box for most of it\'s life, clean and smoke-free.
