Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage mouse chew in the bottom corner the cover is detached from one staple and torn around the other the staples are rsuty spine rolled its a bit dirty dusty or musty as to be expected by an item that\'s more than 60 years old and other defects. I would call it around a 3.0 gd/vg out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
