Also includes a promissory note from 1905 that is filled out for $500. This was found inside the book and it should remain with the book.
Notebook is filled out in cursive handwriting for about 40-45 pages and after that the rest of the pages are blank. There are 240 pages in total. The text pertains mostly to promissory notes, otherwise known as loan records. There are some personal observations about the comings and goings of people toward the end.
In good condition. Some staining on a page or two and on the covers. Otherwise clean and tidy. Tight binding. Covers have general shelf wear. Spine in great condition. Paper edges have a nice design that is intact. Some pages have fading on the writing itself.
