Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. A vintage receive dated June 3, 1891. Miss Ellen Lewis paid the hospital $20, and received this receipt. An item for the specialist collector. Very good condition, folded MULTIPLE times both up / down and also across, some wrinkles, etc. Still an interesting item.SHIPPING $1.25 by First Class Mail to addresses in the United States.
