2 bowl heads included the original and the new one blown by JBD to fit perfectly with the replacement downstem they made me as well.
Received for my 18th birthday in 1999.
Also travel bag included.
Spent 2 days soaking, rinsing, and cleaning to bring this piece of glass to like new condition
The last handful of pics show the piece before cleaning and the ones before the pics of the bag are the ones from after I spent 2 days cleaning it.
