Grade FN Year 2023 Publisher American Mythology

This is a mid grade item. It will have enough minor defects that it is in clearly worse condition than a brand new freshly published comic, magazine, or book. Allowed defects for this grade include: a spine split of less than half an inch, minor water spotting or other residue, impacted corners, and an accumulation or spine stresses that may break color. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor defects or one or two moderate defects.

Description

The story originally serialized in American Mythology Monsters is told the way it was meant to be read, in a single horrifying sitting. Dr. Jade Jones is a dedicated scientist sworn to find a cure for a rare blood disease that has afflicted her family for generations. When her own son develops a severe case of the disease, Jade does the unthinkable and injects herself with a highly dangerous experimental vaccine. Jade\'s motives are noble, but she is killed by the experimental vaccine. Her lifeless form is entombed in her family crypt on the outskirts of New Orleans, only to arise a week later as a full-fledged vampire, complete with all of the unique characteristic qualities of that dread creature of the night! 32 pages, full B&W.
