The item you are buying is a HAND SIGNED and BECKETT AUTHENTICATED SERVICES (BAS) AUTHENTICATED and ENCAPSULATED USPS #3142 Classic American Aircraft Full Stamp Sheet of Joe Foss. Mr. Foss added "USMCR" and "3-30-98" with his signature. Mr. Foss died in 2003. The plastic of the encapsulation is scratch free and the stamp sheet itself is in BRAND NEW/NEVER BEFORE DISPLAYED condition.
