The JCs Wildlife Poly Lumber Hanging Platform Feeder is a wonderful way to bring a variety of birds to your yard or garden. With a removable tray and durable poly lumber construction, cleaning this hanging bird feeder will be a breeze! This beautiful hanging platform bird feeder comes in a wide selection of colors to add a pop of color to your backyard while also providing entertainment from the flocking birds. An open spacious tray design allows plenty of room for feeding with plenty of space for birds to perch. The JCs Wildlife Hanging Platform Feeder hangs securely by four 17\" length attached chains and an aluminum S hook, ensuring that your feeder will stay put wherever it is mounted. This hanging platform feeder has also been tested to hold up to 35 lbs of weight, so your birds will definitely stay well fed. The open design of this feeder along with drainage holes in the bottom of the tray ensure that your bird seed will stay dry and safe from wet seed buildup. This hanging platform feeder is constructed with recycled poly lumber guaranteed not to split or fade, and each feeder is made by hand in our on-site production shop in Southern Indiana. We do our best to answer all emails in a timely manner. Although we typically answer emails within 24 hours, please allow up to 2 business days to receive a response. I CURRENTLY ACCEPT ONLY PAYPAL PAYMENTS. Payment MUST be received within SEVEN (7) days from sale end or will automatically put you on their non-paying buyer report. Payments received after seven (9) days will be returned.

Sales tax will be charged to all sales within Indiana.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding/buying. Custom’s fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick up the item. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms - doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

DEFECTIVE ITEM REFUNDS
If an item purchased by the consumer is defective, then it is the consumer’s responsibility to notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment. If the consumer does not notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the defect, then it is up to JCs Wildlife discretion whether or not a refund will be issued. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Returning your item: Items purchased that are received between November 23, and December 25, may be returned through January 14. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Refund Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25, are subject to the Standard Return Policy.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued refund minus the 20% restock fee.

RESTOCKING FEE:
For the return of a defective item, JCs Wildlife will bear the cost of all shipping charges incurred to the consumer as well as provide return labels to the consumer, and no restocking fee will be charged. If an item is not defective, the consumer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back to JCs Wildlife. Upon request, JCs Wildlife will provide a shipping label to the consumer in order to return the item back to our warehouse which will be deducted from the refund. JCs Wildlife will deduct a restocking fee up to 20% from the original order amount upon inspection of the returned item. Once a return has been requested, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.
