Proper replacement temperature compensating suspension spring is 9 inches long. Install your own fittings to complete. Field tested for accuracy. Timing adjustments may be required because of pendulum mass variations during production.
Details This is brand-new material. This suspension spring works for calibers # 540, 526, 528, 522, and 532. Part # 3517. Sent in tube as received. Wire length is 9 inch . This item frequently needs to be replaced in an Atmos clock repair. There are NO FITTINGS included, you will need to attach your own regulator and disk attachment to the spring. Note: If you need help to install the suspension spring by yourself & have question about install, please feel free to ask. I will try my best to answer the question.It is a challenge & fun to fix this atmos clock.
Because of many question about install spring, we post simple Installation steps here. A: Free the pendulum & loose the screw at bottom
B: After unscrew the bolt loos the fitting as pictures
C: Open fitting & install suspension spring in the center of pointed end show as picture below
D: fishing the wire into tube & put back pendulum in place as pictures
