The headpiece has somemarks and small dents but is basically healthy and robust. The Bersaglieri 3rd Rgt is the most decorated Armed ForcesUnit in Italy, founded in 1861. It took part in the First World War and was used in the infantry divisions, distinguishingitself in 1915 on the Col di Lana, on the Carso, in Vermegliano and Monte Sei Busi: in 1916 in Selz, Monte Sief, on thePiccolo Colbricon.
