Looks like it had been framed and probably hung in the lodge at one time. Some browning/staining, but overall in very good condition. Ships in rolled tube.Document states:To whom it may concern: Know that I, John P Sullivan, Grand Exalted Ruler of the Grand Lodge of teh Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks by virtue of the power conferred upon me by the Constitution and Laws of the Order and upon the application of Brother Claude D. Larson, Frank J Sullivan, Arthur D Washburn and Jerry F Shea have upon this 8th day of June 1912 granted a Dispensation for a Lodge to be known as Ironwood Lodge No 1278 and to hold its sessions in the city of Ironwood Mich.
