This daguerreotype features an intimately posed couple holding hands. The light eyed bearded gentleman wore an unusual pair of cloth gloves. The pretty freckled faced lady wore a patterned dress and polka dot bands around her wrists.
The 1/6 plate has its original seals and the half case measures about 3.25 x 3.75 inches. Most of the dust specks are on the glass and not the plate itself.
