You are offerding on a LOT of 2 vintage DIC cartoon / animations production cels. One from Inspector Gadget and one from The Littles. Both cels sit in white frames which measure about 9x12 and I will include the frames when I ship the items. The Inspector Gadget cel is a full frame image with four characters included, Gadget, Penny, Brain, and a woman behind the counter. Character faces are not included in the artwork.

Both of these items are production cels and were used in episodes of the cartoons.
