Roger Lee Hemion estate.

I believe the people mentioned in the document are most likely: Henry Carlough (24 March 1812 – 11 September 1896), who is the brother ofMargaret Fox Quackenbush (7 March 1818 – 25 January 1889) and her husbandJames Quackenbush (26 March 1817 – 21 October 1902).John Tunis Young (20 February 1815 – 21 January 1900) and his wife Rebecca (b. ca. 1817).John Crum (1808 – May 1882) and his wifeMalinda Wilks Crum (1810 – 18 January 1872).Josiah Young (August 1825 – 22 December 1918) and his wifeFannie Tallman (1826 – 22 December 1899).Elias Vreeland Hill (9 September 1819 – 19 November 1903).Cyrus Mason Crum (29 September 1836 – 24 October 1921).William Springsteen (12 June 1802 – 19 November 1874) who was the neighbor of Abbot Cooper (12 May 1823 – 3 January 1885).
This is my partial transcription as best as I can read: State of New YorkCounty of Rockland On the fourth day of May in the year one thousandeight hundred and sixty nine before me personally came John Crum andMalinda his wife, James Quackenbush and Margarethis wife, John Young and Rebecca his wife, Josiah Youngand Fannie his wife to me known. to be the individuals described in, and who executed the forgoing instrument and they severally(?)acknowledged they they were executed the same, and the said Malinda wife of ...said John Crum, the said [the said was written again and then marked out] Margaret wife of the said...James Quackenbush, the said Rebeca wife of the said John ..Young, & the said Dannie wife of the said Josiah Young....severally acknowledged before me each for herself separateand apart from their said husbands on a private ...(?)....by one made that they executed the said instrument from...and without and fees or compulsion of their said husbands...
