Excellent condition German silver schnapps cup for a reservist in the Prussian Army. Measures approximately 3 1/4 inches in height. Etched into the front is the German crown and emblem of the German Kaiser. The date of the reservists time is also etched on the front1. April. 1895-31. March 1898. The typical length of time for a reservists to complete his military obligation. Marked on the bottom is the number 800 which refers to the silver content. Also the half moon emblem indicating a German manufacturer. Overall a very nice souvenir of a soldiers service time before the First World War.
