I am working my way through a MASSIVE collection of patches from all different fire departments. Many are from California, but other states and countries as well!This medal has a 1903 date on it with September 8 11. at the top. I'm not sure on when this was made. Is it from 1903 or is it from 1911 or 2011? I can't tell, but there's a fire historian out there that will know for sure. I am not that person. I can only imagine that the 1903 date is correct since we rarely support 108 year anniversaries. If you know something let me know.
