This is a vintage Vari-Vue flicker action combination ruler and temperature convertor that was a premium from Ideal Industries. It measures approx. 1 1/4\" by 6\" and is in very good condition with a few top layer paper tears on the plain back side. When titled the image changes from inches to cm and from Centigrade to Fahrenheit.
