This mid-century modern Atomic Age-style table fan is in beautiful vintage condition. The chrome parts are nice and shiny but do have some rust, and all the red parts are plastic and are in excellent shape. The fan has been tested and works great, and the electrical cord looks new. The three-speed controller is conveniently located on the side rather than on the back, and on low and even medium speed is pretty quiet. It can be cleaned by taking out the screw on the bottom that holds the red ring and front grill in place, and other screws will allow you to remove the back grill and blades for more thorough cleaning. The fan oscillates and does not tilt, but this doesn't seem to be a problem according to reviews. This fan is a workhorse considering its age, works great, and is fun to look at.
