These signs are new signs that were never put into service and sold by the state as surplus inventory. Bought directly from the Department of Transportation, State of Tennessee. These are real Depatment Of Transportation signs built to the required specifications. You can get the top sign either East or West. Just let me know after purchasing. The only marks, scratches, etc on these signs would be from handling in the warehouse, transporting and so on. Great addition to any collection, man cave decor or a practical use on your property.
