The Hootch Hound, a prohibition-era corkscrew hidden inside a brass dog figurine. It was manufactured by Weidlich Brothers Manufacturing Company of Bridgeport, Connecticut. The piece is 2 inches tall and is 4 1/4 inches long with the tail/corkscrew in place. Rare. It is complete with the fitted corkscrew. It has not been polished and has a patina. The steel coil is very slightly loose in its handle.
