The highest piling bridge on the Pacific Railway and Navigation Company (PR&N) Railroad was located at Baldwin Creek, near Enright, Oregon. This bridge, known as Bridge 21, was a significant engineering feat due to its height and the challenging terrain it spanned. Bridge 21, or the Baldwin Creek Bridge, was one of the most remarkable structures along the PR&N route, demonstrating the engineering challenges of constructing a railroad through the rugged Coast Range.

The PR&N Railroad had to navigate steep canyons and dense forests, which required the construction of several high and complex bridges.
