For your perusal, a 1919 NOS cast iron Herschel Spillman girl attached to a backing board. This is actually a compilation of the cast iron mask attached to an ornate, carved plaque.
I bought both pieces individually and decided to create this piece. The mask is marked 1919 on the back. I believe the plaque was made in Italy, possibly by Palladio. I’m uncertain as to age.
I believe the combination is cool and it’s wall ready.
This is a beautiful, unusual piece with nice detail.
