This Vintage Harlequin Maroon 22 oz. Jug is a must have for anyone wanting a truly unique piece of Art Deco dinnerware made by the great Fredrick Rhead, who designed the original Fiestaware along with other very successful dinnerware lines for the Homer Laughlin Company of Newell, West Virginia. This original piece was made in Maroon from the 1938-1952 time period. Harlequin was manufactured to offer a less expensive dinnerware line and sold exclusively through F. W. Woolworth Company. With a capacity of 22 oz and a round shape, this piece is perfect for serving up your favorite beverage. The glossy finish and art deco style make it a stylish piece that is sure to impress. This jug is made of high-quality ceramic and porcelain materials. It weighs slightly over 1 lb before packaging and has a height of 4.75 inches, a width of 4.125 inches, and a depth of 4.5 inches. This item is ingreat used vintage condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing.As with much of the earlier HLC colored dinnerware, the glaze is inconsistent. The glaze on the rim is very light in spots as shown in photos,
