Hiref:She was born in İzmir in1971.After she graduated from T.E.D. Ankara Collegeshe studied \"Industrial Design\" at Middle East Technical University .As anindustrial Designer she worked for some companies while she had completed herM.A. She was always very interested in art but mostly in Anatolian Art andOttoman Art. She, as an industrial designer who is well educated on art andmanagement,founded Hiref with her partner. Because she believes that educationis a must to be a part of the design world, she also lectures at Yeditepe University in Deparment of IndustrialDesign\"Contemporary within historyand history within contemporary\" is the key to the collection she designedfor hiref. As a designer she made serious studies on Anatolian and Ottoman artwhile she was following up the todays design world very closely. She is also awriter in the wellknown art magazine \"Milliyet Sanat\" for Hand Craftsand Turkish Art.
