This vintage document has some wear from normal use. This was Poggemeyer's first commission upon his graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy. He would later become a general and the commander of Camp Lejeune. The certificate is also signed by James Forrestal. The document is approx. 15 1/2" across x approx. 19" high. It will be shipped rolled up in a tube.(Please see photos for more details).
